You determine what data to track and our user-friendly interface allows you to create, search for, view and manage any data you’ve entered into the system. You can view services, assessments, program enrollments and other data directly from any client's profile.

Advanced Permissions

You can create an unlimited number of custom permission sets and assign them to users, depending on the role and data access each user has. Each permission set can grant user access to a combination of modules and functions, including: account management, form editing, data import, document upload, access to case notes, contact and form viewing, creation, editing, and deletion among others. You can also assign program and form access to users to restrict access to sensitive data.

Through an easy-to-use interface, build your own forms to collect data on services or outcomes. You can build assessments using likert fields, assign scores, use if/then logic, and make use of rich formatting text fields, radio buttons, dropdown lists, upload fields, among others.

Associate your custom forms with specific client types, such as individuals, groups, or even programs. Forms can be connected to specific programs and users to restrict use and access.

Our Report Builder allows you to query any data point in the system and to quickly view, filter, and search for the data you need. Summarized data is retrieved in a spreadsheet-style format, and can be easily exported for further analysis in Excel or another external software.

VerticalChange allows you to build any range of custom reports which can be published in the application. Reports can range from simple tables of aggregated data to complex dashboards with data visualizations.

Query Your Data through SQL

Advanced users can access VerticalChange's SQL server directly, using third-party software such as R or Microsoft SQL Server to gather insights. We also provide access to our own dashboard tool where users can write their own SQL code and develop visual dashboards.
